Luminair is a UK design and manufacturing studio founded in 2005 by industrial designer Jason Thawley. Dedicated to instilling a sustainable and eco-friendly approach to product design and manufacturing Luminair offers unique, innovative and durable product concepts that utilise energy efficient manufacturing processes along with recycled and sustainable materials.
Services include idea and concept development, industrial design, research, product strategy, product identity, product design and detailing, manufacturing support, bespoke builds and eco-conscious instillations.
Specialising in lighting design, from Luminairs own range of unique products to commissions for other like minded companies, projects also vary from interior products, small domestic appliances and packaging to consumer electronics, professional audio equipment and project furniture.

NEW PRODUCTS
WWW (wee willie winkie) is our modern take on the oil lamp or chamberstick. It's designed to bring back lighting to the personal space - encouraging you to 'take light with you' and lessen the use of large scale, energy sapping lighting. In conjunction with Eureka Light we're bringing these products to the mass market through sustainable sourcing and ethical manufacture.

NEW PRODUCTS
Our second offering in partnership with Eureka Light is CAMP, again championing our personal lighting campaign. Camp offers a very versatile luminaire - just at home on your coffee table as on your patio with a wireless charging base for convenient use. Sustainable hardwood base and an energy efficient LED module gives it the Luminair stamp.
